The space

This is a studio condo located on the 1st floor of a newer building. We're one block from a beautiful beach with dunes and catwalks. A full size bed with sleep sofa accommodates 4 guests. Condo equipped with the following: hair dryer, towels, linens, Keurig coffeemaker, dishes, utensils, wine opener and glasses, microwave, refrigerator, TV, beach chair. Parking for 2 cars, passes in condo. Central AC and ceiling fan. Laundry facility 2nd floor. Charcoal grill onsite for common use. Security doors and elevator service. Common entertaining area on first floor with public bathroom. 

Come stay at the SEASIDE HAVEN! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 2 people with a queen sized bed, TV, Wifi, kitchenette, a Keurig, and central AC. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. Our goal is for you to have a wonderful time on the New Hampshire Seacoast! We offer self check-in for your convenience. The Shore Club is a quiet and peaceful condo community located on the Seacoast. The condo is a quaint studio with a marsh view and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Guests have access to the studio and the common area in the building. Guests also have a washing machine and dryer on premises. Guests always have access to me via the AirBnB app and I'm always responsive. We are located next to the famous Brown's Seafood and across the street from the delicious Tripoli Bakery. The lovely Seabrook Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Free parking on premises and you can walk to the beach and great local restaurants. We have lockbox for your convenient self check-in.
